Yanesha, the manager of Ashbrook House, On Christmas day she worked 15hrs as staff had phoned in sick so she left her own family to ensure the service users at Ashbrook had a good Christmas. She drove some service users to see their family and made sure everyone had a lovely Christmas dinner.
