Head of Residential Care

Meet Zoe, a devoted professional with over two decades of experience working within the Residential Care setting. Zoe started her career in Residential Care in 1999 when she joined Allied Care as a support worker. Due to her dedication to providing great care to the clients within the home, her management skills became apparent. Zoe was quickly promoted to deputy manager and acquired her first care home management role at the young age of 21.

Throughout her tenure, Zoe’s portfolio expanded to encompass the management of various Allied Care homes in Bognor, each catering to unique needs, from managing forensic mental health services to services supporting people with learning disabilities. Zoe was promoted to the position of regional manager for West Sussex a role that she held for several years, which led to her current role as the Head of Residential Care. Zoe utilises her extensive experience to support and line manage several Regional Managers.

Zoe holds an NVQ level 4 qualification and a registered managers award. Zoe’s aim is to drive high-quality performance, championing the continual development and enhancement of residential services across the Allied Care group.
