Service Profile

99 Ashley is a care home for people with learning and/or physical disabilities. The home is registered to provide accommodation and personal care for up to ten people. New Milton is located on the edge of the New Forest, 6 miles from Lymington and 10 miles from Southampton. The town has the benefit of a railway station but limited road connections. However, the A35 runs north of the town. Ashley Road is situated in a quiet affluent residential area, and has an outside patio and garden areas plus adequate parking. There is a school nearby.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

99 Ashley was established to provide a home on a long-term basis for its Service Users, all of whom have learning disabilities. The emphasis of the home is to create a secure home environment to help our Service Users to achieve as much fulfilment from life as possible and to become valued members of the community.

Service AIMS

We aim to provide personalised care, treatment and support to people with a learning disability living within our accommodation.  We provide a range of support with personal care and this is without nursing care.  We aim for service users to experience real, constructive outcomes, expressed through their lifestyle and to have opportunities for fulfilment, as a result of choosing to use the services we provide. To ensure that at all times, services are provided which comply with the requirements of The Essential Standards of Quality and Safety, Health and Social Care Act 2008, Regulation  2009.  In particular Regulations 12 & 15 of those Regulations.
