Service Profile

TheOaks was established in March 1997 and Registered toCQC. 

ABOUT THE SERVICE

It is situated close to the town centre, local shop, Churchand College. It is close to the local GP practice and Three Bridges train station. The service provides manyactivities tailored to individual preference. The staff has holistic training,robust Induction and specialized training tailored to individual service userneeds. The service has a good relationship with multi-agencysuch SALT team and local funding authority. 

Service AIMS

The Service aim is to promote Service user Independence, accessing the community and enhance their individual skills and ability.
