We believe in looking after both our Service Users and Health care assistants to the best of our ability. Applicant with NVQ 1- 2 is preferred but if you have no experience within the care industry, we would still be keen to hear from you to join our friendly, professional team.

There are opportunities to progress within the role. Depending on the experience and qualifications you gain and achieve once employed with us. The wage range will be discussed with you at interview and start rate agreed depending on your NVQ status.

Due to government guidance, we can only appoint staff who are fully COVID vaccinated by the 11/11/21.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our day & night Healthcare assistants support adults with learning disabilities in a Care Home environment which includes supporting people with their daily living skill development, personal care, and also working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.

Full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision are provided.

Driving is an advantage but not essential. Day shifts 7.5 -Night shifts are 9 hrs.

Full time hours -37.5hr day shifts & 36 hrs per night shifts.

Schedule:

Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off and shift times are 10pm – 7am.
