Kelly has produced outstanding work with regards to sustainability within Ashgrange.

Kelly has gone above and beyond her role researching groups outside of her working hours, she attended the company sustainability meetings on her day off and has achieved an outstanding level of improvement within Ashgrange House. She has gone up and beyond by contacting various communities to develop and work towards a more sustainable future, often in her own time.
