Marilyn was nominated for the staff of the month. She is goes above and beyond in supporting all staff and residents in her area. She is supportive with her managers at all times and is always there.

Marilyn worked hard to organise and participate in Treasure Hunt, an activity that gathered residents and staff from two areas( Mid Sussex and Surrey). She fully participates in the activity, supporting residents in having fun while searching for the hidden items.

She has also organised the Staff recognition meeting, where staff who worked for many years with the company have been rewarded for their hard work. This is a good example for the new staff to see that our Company values their staff.
