A trainer visited 99 and said thefollowing: Firstly the property itself was extremely clean and tidy and all theresidents I encountered appeared happy and were engaging with the staff onduty. Secondly I would like to highlight one staff member in particular. Priorto the actual Moving & Handling session commencing and without beingobvious, I watched a staff member, who I now know to be Cristian, transferringa resident from her wheel chair to a ‘Rise and Fall‘ arm chair. I can honestlysay that their performance was one of the most competent and faultless that Ihave been witness to during my training experiences. They are credit toyourself for the obvious management and supervisor strategies and the organisation,and I feel recognition of this is required.
