It has taken the manager two years to build up a team  and she has  now managed to employ and establish a fully committed care team who have turned Ashgrange into a happy and flourishing home for service users who live there. The team seem to go above and beyond when considering activities for service users and always manage to think outside the box. An example of this was seen when staff introduced “Swoove  dance” and service users are enjoying this so much. The team also push the boundaries to celebrate events and an example of this was seen when staff introduced “Buddy the elf” for Christmas and staff came up with a different mischievous event for “Buddy” every day
